Wine bar with a beautiful wine list with small organic winemakers and a neat kitchen.

A canvas address like you like in the heart of the 1 st arrondissement! Two-strung from the Place des Victoires, this wine bar, which is also a nice restaurant drawing on bistronomy, fully defends French and European soil products. We salute the very beautiful wine list (small organic winemakers) with no fewer than 800 references, and the carefully groomed kitchen propelled by a good child service. On the program, generous charcuterie base, poached egg and truffle cream, tuna tartare tartare and Japanese rice, melt down, roasted lamb saddle, roasted lamb and mushrooms, and, above all, the famous knife tartare and its granular apples. Lost brioche, half-baked chocolate or strawberry strawberries to finish. From classical to creativity, this is the beautiful recipe, which works well, from this place. We recommend booking!

今回、パリで訪れたレストランで最も満足したレストランでした。
料理はどれも美味しくワインのレパートリーも豊富です。

牛のタタキが非常に美味しかったです。
また、トリュフのパスタも凄く美味しかったです。
ワインのセレクトも素晴らしいです。

メニューはフランス語しかありませんが、丁寧に説明してくれるので何となく分かります。
英語でも一応伝わります。

お店を探していく中で、日本語メニューがあるお店は店内を除くと観光客と思われるユーザーばかりでした。
急遽その場で探して出会ったこちらのお店ですが、基本的に観光客はおらず、パリ市民が訪れるお店に行きたい場合はぜひこちらへ。

私達はワインを2本開けて、料理を3品+デザート。

本次來法國吃到最滿意的一家餐廳,太完美了????
▫️Tartare de boeuf €20
非常新鮮的生牛肉,香料調味的清爽又有韻味,真的超級好吃????

▫️Dessert chocolate pear €11
香料燉煮的梨子,淋上甜度適中的巧克力/香草醬料,這絕對是我愛上巴黎的理由之一!真的太美味了!

餐廳目前外觀還在整修但仍有在營業,且平日中午也是坐很滿。年輕的女服務生會說英文,服務親切有禮貌,是我在巴黎遇到最好服務的一次體驗,非常優秀的服務生

大力推薦這家餐館,若之後又再來巴黎我一定要再來吃,主餐及甜點都太美味了????

Excellent food in a small hot "cellar" looking room with poor service. The food was mostly excellent, including the appetizers (beet salad, burratina, carpaccio, calamari tartare and frog legs) and the main courses (scallops, veal mignon, spider crab, truffle pasta and duck breast). The duck breast was very undercooked, but still tasty. The pasta was good, but a bit spicy for some reason. The spider crab was more of a crab stew, which was odd. However, we were downstairs in a cramped room, which was very hot and where the stink of cigarette smoke from outside seemed to get in all the time. There were no English menus, but eventually the waitress translated the menu (which was written on a blackboard) to us. Our biggest issue was service, which was slow and not attentive. It seemed like only one waitress was covering three floors of the restaurant and the outdoor tables, so getting her attention was near impossible.

Service: Juliette was just helping for her first time but she was incredible. Honestly, the most pleasant service we have received in France.

Food: Appertivo was incredible, a fancy lobster soup - lots of depth to the flavor. We loved it.
The lamb dish with carrot at the bottom was bold, tender and flavorful. I found it very very filling.
The sea bass and risotto was cooked to perfection, flavorful and everything we hoped it would be????????
Dessert: as recommended by Juliette, was very very good. Decadent.
Wine: Simply excellent, I have a feeling they do a excellent job choosing all the wine on their list and wouldn’t hesitate to go with any of them. We will certainly be back.

Je m'attendais à un bar à vin "charcu/fromage" comme trop souvent. Finalement non, on y sert de bons plats pour la plupart assez savoureux.

Le seul point négatif c'est le service qui avait l'air compliqué. Des voisins de table avaient les mauvais plats qui arrivaient à leur table, les commandes étaient prises 2 fois "pour être sûrs".

Mais, il y a le vin. Le vin est magnifiquement choisi surtout sur la partie beaujolais. Nous avons eu affaire à de vrais passionnés et nous reviendrons rien pour ça.
