A few steps from the Place du Palais Royal, Tamara is a place of seasonal cuisine that honours local products. It is here that Clément Vergeat sublimates the flavours with his talent thanks to highly mastered processes of fermentation, smoking, salting and original combinations. Quality, creativity and refinement are the watchwords of the place, all driven by a keen sense of eco-responsibility. The "gastrological" menu changes according to the seasons, the arrivals and the artist's inspiration. Dishes and pickles to be enjoyed à la carte or to be shared in all simplicity. Beautiful cellar and friendly welcome for a unique taste experience!

That was the best meal i’ve ever had in Paris. The food so original, the flavors amazing. The whole spirit of the place was very bienveillant. The non-alcoholic drink pairings were delicious, creative, and very thoughtful (my wife is pregnant so cant take the wine). The people are really friendly, the timing was great. There was a great atmosphere, not too quiet, but not loud enough to have to raise your voice so the person across from you can hear you. Overall, the best dinner i’ve had in Paris. Thanks a lot! (The tasting menu was worth it)

Pas grand chose à dire, le restaurant TEACÉ EST UN VRAI BON RESTAURANT CHIC, PERSONNELS ECXELENTS, TRÈS PRO, AIMABLE ET SOURIANTS. LES PLATS SONT TRÈS TRÈS BONS. ALLEZ Y AU MOINS 1 FOIS, VOUS SEREZ PAS DECUS.

Magnifique adresse que nous propose Clément Vergeat et son équipe. De très belles surprises, des prises de risques qui fonctionnent très bien.
