Restaurant offering tasty and delicate cuisine with fresh products.

Beware, this is a very chic establishment! Under the leadership of young Japanese chef Kei Kobayashi, the cuisine is perfectly balanced between textures and flavors. Dazzling to the eye and taste buds alike, his harmonies come in 5 or 8 courses at lunchtime, and 6 or 8 courses in the evening. Here, fresh produce comes together in creations as tasty as they are delicate, making this one of the favourites of Parisian gastronomes, thanks to an unforgettable taste experience. 2ヶ月ちょっと前に予約を入れ、妻とディナーに伺いました、オープンが19時45分と日本とは少し時間のづれが有ります、一番最初の入店です、席に案内されメニューを
オーダー、アミューズ
3種、前菜はレモンの泡と数種のハーブに包まれた野菜やサーモン等のサラダ、崩して混ぜて食べるスタイルのサラダで、楽しみながらいただけます、次に牡蠣です、ジュレとキャビア、食用の花、赤紫蘇風味だと思いますが赤い玉状の物が乗ってました、失礼ながら聞き逃しました、お魚は鱸の鱗焼き、トンナートソース、イタリアのソースと言ってました、もう一つの方は赤いフルーツのソース、プチサラダ添え、次にラングスティーヌの料理、軽くスモークしてあり下に茸が添えてありました、メーンが鳩のロースト赤味噌風味、こちらは馴染みのある日本の味がしました、美味しかったです、鱸もラングスティーヌも鳩も
火入れと言うんでしょうか、しっとり、ジューシーに仕上がっていて、素晴らしいと思います、デザートはパッションフルーツのヴァシュランびっくり箱見たいな物でした、美味しいです、さすが日本初の3星シェフです、ご馳走さまでした。
