A sure bet in the Paris gourmet scene and a mecca for bistronomy. Today, Bruno Doucet is at the helm. Here, everything starts with the all-you-can-eat terrine. Generous, tasty dishes follow (one autumn: confit/crispy pork belly, roast aubergine-crushed tomatoes-mozzarella, cod with chorizo...). And finally, of course, the immutable rice pudding. The chef's credo: a cuisine based on the product, the seasoning and the cooking. And it works! La Régalade is also available in grocery and takeaway.

5 étoiles pour la cuisine et le service qui se transforment en 2 étoiles pour la récéption d'une newsletter jamais demandée. La loi RGPD interdit d'inscrire les adresses mails à des newsletter si ce n'est pas la demande (opt-in) active du client. On en a marre des spams qui pourrissent les boîtes mails et qui sont un désastre écologique.

A la régalade, une pléiade de très beaux plats: le potage butternut foie gras est délicieux si sapide; la joue de boeuf est fondante à souhait et les légumes croquants, la purée est jouissive ; et le clou du spectacle c'est le riz au lait si régressif et si puissant en vanille! Une très belle carte de vins pour accompagner cette estocade et une équipe d'une franche copinade! La régalade quelle escapade!
