The condition of floor and some furniture under expectation. For the price the hotel lakes glamour and wow effect.
Nice welcoming chocolates and champagne at our room.

Hôtel bien placé déco très sympa merci pour votre réactivité suite au petit pb à notre arrivée ds la chambre, merci pour le surclassement et la surprise ds la chambre . Dommage pour le resto fermé lors de notre séjour , car nous avion réservé en espérant y manger de nouveau . lors d’un d’un passage à Paris nous avions testé le restaurant et avions bcp apprécié la cuisine super bonne

We really liked our (short) stay with you. The room was very beautiful. the double shower is a cool feature. The one element that I feel you really need to fix is that there are no USB charger plugs next to the bed sides and even normal electric plugs are hard to reach. This is something you should urgently fix - especially as it's not a big effort. For a hotel in your price range this is absolutely required.

Lovely design, color and positive with humor; Staff all very lovely. Breakfast great. Bed and shower great. Room was too dark to operate the safe or change the heating or figure out how the coffee machine works (so that having to use a cell phone flashlight is strange in a luxury hotel). The bathroom was rather cold and I could imagine floor heating to be appropriate for the price category. The occasional tourist can have a great time, but I had too much luggage for the room size. Spa nice, but the waterfall makes a huge noise so it is difficult to get into a zen peace there.

The front desk, servers and staff overall were very accommodating at all times.
Very helpful with information and surrounding area. Would certainly return to this quiet
location again. We did not have dinner at the Restaurant, but breakfast was more than adequate.

Wonderful hotel, supreme service, delicious cocktails at the bar!

We'd love to have the recipe for the Vivat Hypopta Agavis, we fell in love with that drink on our first night, but several other nights the bar was out of mezcal.

Hôtel "cocon", où l'on se sent comme à la maison, grâce à la décoration, au mobilier et aux objets décoratifs choisis - félicitations à Sarah Lavoine qui impose un aménagement coloré, graphique, aux matières soyeuses, avec beaucoup de personnalité - et grâce aussi à l'ensemble du personnel très professionnel, attentionné et décontracté. Le restaurant n'est pas en reste avec une carte attrayante et variée et des plats délicieux. Enfin, l'hôtel est idéalement placé: à découvrir pour mieux y revenir.

non, désolé mais vous n’êtes pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles.
L’hôtel est beau , les chambres sont belles, mais en rapport avec le tarif.

le probleme, c'est le personnel, complètement aux fraises est pas du tout en rapport avec le standing affiché.
au restaurant c'est la catastrophe. pas grand choses à se mettre sous la dent. 1 dessert..1 fruit , pas de suggestion et les "je ne sais pas je vais me renseigner " des serveurs sont ce qu'ont entends durant le repas. A ce niveau la on engage un "maître d’hôtel" qui gére la salle et son équipe .
Service en chambre inexistant, puisque la chambre n'est même pas préparé avant le coucher..ce qui est une caractéristiques des 5 étoiles.
Le petit déjeuner en chambres est une blague, 1 fromage blanc, une minuscule corbeilles de viennoiseries..la personne, agréable, qui l'a préparé n’était pas du tout au courant de ce qu'il devait faire.
Et pour finir en beauté..10 balles de sachets de bonbons facturé, alors qu'au vu de leur disposition je les pensais à discrétion .

Mais bon...à l’image de votre hôtel. Aucune classe! une de me pires expérience hôtelière...j'ai fait pas mal de 4 et 5 étoiles , et au niveau du service vous n’êtes pas au niveau d'un 3. J'ai voulu changer..mal m'en a pris.

je n'y retournerai jamais . Piège a touriste. tres déçu

The front desk staff and concierge were outstanding,
We would like to specially mentioned two concierges, Kevin and Salim. All of our queries and bookings were made as requested, even before our arrival. Please thank them on our behave.
The restaurant staff during breakfast was correct but sometimes times there was no one around and some times there was someone around but not paying attention to the clients. Also, the fruit selection was poor.

The main suggestion is to work on the noise from the morning deliveries. We also found the food ordering on the tablet to be confusing and too many clicks through to look at the menu so therefore very time consuming - perhaps have one page with all of the menu then enable add to cart.

Overall we loved the hotel - the team and facilities are great but sleep was impacted and we had to change some of our plans as we were too tired do them.
