Piscine en partie fermée puis trop froide.
Sauna et hammam pas assez chauffés.
Personnel peu sympathique.
Chambre mal insonorisée.
Manque d’information sur le service en chambre.
Petit déjeuner en chambre pas très bien servi (pas même de confitures sur le plateau).
Restaurant: service trop long, beaucoup d’attente entre les plats.
Globalement bien en dessous des hôtels du secteur de même gamme.
Et la qualité et la variété des repas en room service était moyenne
Par contre le restaurant Baudelaire exceptionnel spa très bien également
