On this occasion we thank you for an outstanding stay everything was fantastic including the spa treatment.
My opinion only, as a mother of 5 children my opinion is that the hotel is less suitable for small children.

We had a great time at the hotel. The room which we upgraded to was very comfortable for our week stay. Your stuff is very cooperative and helpful. It’s shown that all of them doing their best to help the guests to feel at home away from home. We’ll be back! Thanks to you all.

Points d'amélioration : 1. le buffet du petit déjeuner (décevant pour un 5 etoiles et une nuit à 600 euros...) sans parler du harcèlement à l'arrivée du pdj pour connaitre le n° de notre chambre alors que la suite se nomme Madeleine et que la carte magnétique ne mentionne rien,...2. Les raisins secs/figues seches offerts dans la chambre (bof...), 3. le service objets trouvés qui ne se démène pas beaucoup pour retrouver l'objet oublié dans notre suite (même pas reçu une confirmation de réception dès l'envoi de mon e-mail à l'adresse contact de l'hôtel et j'ai dû les relancer au bout de 48h sans réponse de leur part et au final une reponse négative lapidaire alors qu'il n'y a aucun doute sur le fait que l'objet y est,
