Prestations et services à la hauteur d'un établissement 5 étoiles, personnel attentionné.
2 points pourraient être améliorés :
- nous avions réservé 4 chambres (3 pour les nuits du 26/05 au 28/05 et 1 pour la nuit du 27/05 au 28/05). Lors du check-in du 26/05, nous avions effectué toutes les formalités étant donné que je réglais l'ensemble du séjour (les 4 chambres). Pour récupérer la 4ième chambre le 27/05, la personne à l'accueil (une femme) a été particulièrement désagréable et m'a contraint à redonner tous les documents.
- présence de quelques petites taches sur la moquette dans 1 chambre (chambre 202, proche du bureau).
