So it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Location is perfect, right at St Honore. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrive until our check out time. Upon check in we were offered a glass of champagne. The room is a HUGE 38sqm despite just being the superior room, with King sized bed, separate shower and toilet, and his and hers wash basin. Our room oversees Rue St Honore and had the best view in my opinion. We visited during Easter season so we got a surprise Easter bunny shaped chocolate in our room.
We visited the 24/7 gym during off peak hours and was glad to see the full range of equipment. They even had a swimming pool which unfortunately closed after 10pm.
The price point is a bit high but is worth every penny if you could splurge. Would definitely come back when we visit Paris

I had a really terrible experience staying in the Penthouse Suite. It was such a disappointment. The room was not properly cleaned, even after the day cleaning service. To make matters worse, I had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast, when I was promised it would only take 7-20 minutes. And when my order finally arrived, it was incomplete. They forgot to bring half of the dishes, even though the service provider repeated my order correctly. On top of that, the elevator in the room doesn’t work . I ended up getting stuck in the elevator and had to get out myself because the emergency button didn't work. There was no ventilation in there either. I had to rely on a colleague to call for help, and it took the employee 20 minutes to arrive. To add to my frustration, some of the connectors in the room didn't work. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the poor service at this hotel. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Even though the meeting at the reception was great it unfortunately couldn't change my overall negative impression.

Très bel hôtel qui nécessite toutefois un Petit coup de travaux. Il serait envisageable de le remettre à neuf à mon avis

Un sans faute !

C’est ma deuxième fois dans cet établissement et l’expérience fut aussi bonne que lors de la première,

L’endroit est juste magnifique, chaque moment passé dans l’établissement est un vrai bonheur !
Le personnel est très attentionné et la qualité des prestations est irréprochable !

This is a great place to stay when coming for a long weekend. The staff, food and accommodation were great. I managed a cheeky little treatment in the spa and was so please I did it was amazing.

Sans doute un des meilleurs palaces parisiens. Certes, le décor est sobre mais la créativité des aliments et boissons servies vaut le détour. Les cocktails sont vraiment à tester !
