Olivier and Nicolas are not wine merchants, they are explorers of great crus. In an elegant and warm decor with wooden floors, they offer wine tastings, oenology courses in French and English, visits to vineyards, etc. Each week, a new selection of 40 wines to be discovered in glass (3 cl, 6 cl or 12 cl) of Pétrus, Yquem, Romanée-Conti, Dom Perignon, Latour, Margaux, Haut-Brion, Lafite--, Lafite-Conti, Lafite--, Lafite-Conti. Rothschild and Mouton-Rothschild, among others. To make rapid progress, sample flights, these glasses selected according to a given theme (grape varieties, vintages…). And in the cellar, more than 500 references… To accompany your beverage, Planches sausage boards, homemade liver liver and loopholes plates are also to fall. You can also take a dish prepared by Chef Campbell Whitman from California. For the little history, the special hotel hosting this luxury cellar was built in the th century and belonged to Mrs de Pompadour. In the th century Louise-Marie Dupin, the aïeule of George Sand, held a living room, among others, by Voltaire and Rousseau.
