Opened in 2013 rue de la Petite-Truanderie, Le Max quickly seduced the people of this lively neighborhood. Tourists, Parisians of souche and businessmen mingle in this cosy bar. On two floors in the original decoration (made home), Maxime looks after the bar. If the real cocktail bars in Paris are rather rare, at Max you can discover the original creations of the boss, such as Ginger Caïp, a savant mixture of cachaça, ginger, lemon and brown, and Mezcaliente, which gathers gin, mezcal, triple-dry, orgeat and lemon. With fresh fresh fruit, these are real treats. To take the cost on the terrace, find yourself on the ground floor or enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the basement, one of these drinks is always indicated. On the kitchen side, cheese and cheese boards and very honest season tapas will satisfy the little bite of appetizers.
