COURS DE CUISINE JAPONAISE DE TENRI
An introduction to traditional Japanese, family or festive cuisine is offered by Tenri's Association culturelle Franco-Japanese, founded in 1971. In each course, we insist on the basics of the Japanese kitchen: cooking rice and preparing dashi (base broths). On the menu, you can consult their site but it can be oshi-zushi (sushi rice pressed with assortment of fish) or temari-zushi (rice boulettes) for example. Attention, it can change slightly depending on the ingredients available on the market. Recipe sheets are given to participants in each course. You can also register at the tea ceremony (omotesenke and urasenke). Original!
