STYLIST
The concept comes from Britain, where it was tested in 2007. It has developed in France since April 2013 with the group Marie-Claire, associated with English ShortList Media Limited. This is the first free weekly destination for women aged 25-49. It is distributed to 400,000 copies each week in 10 cities, including Paris. Stylist wants to attract advertisers in the clothing and beauty sectors. The distribution is essentially hand by hand, by hostesses located in places of passage frequented by women (public transport, business halls, shopping centres). Some copies are also available on display racks, in gym clubs, some hotels and restaurants, or in Eurostar. The weekly is strategically distributed in the evening so that women can take it home… As for content, it is of the same style as that of the usual female press: fashion, beauty, practical life…
