The trip through Paris was wonderful, despite the weather. Although it rained the whole day, we enjoyed every little bit of the trip thanks to our guide who explained all the relevant details related to the history of Paris. Serge has been absolutely wonderful: patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Merci de tout cœur !

We did a private group tour of Giverny and Versailles. Our tour guide, Corinne was PHENOMENAL. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the places we visited, she knew all the best spots to get great pictures and she was very good at keeping us organized and safe during some crazy moments. There was a small mixup with the bus in the morning but that was resolved quickly and professionally and we were only minorly delayed on our itinerary.

The reservation process was very easy - the team communicated very well and efficiently with us. Making these plans were very easy.

Don't book an early tour. We showed up on time and the office was closed. When it opened, there was no guide. We had booked online month ago!

Expérience peu recommandable…
Si vous voulez vous faire arnaquer passez votre chemin.
Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes. Finalement, nous étions que 3 au lieu de 4 (a cause d’un imprévu). Arrivée sur la péniche j’ai prévenue qu’une personne ne pouvait venir. On m’a alors dis de voir avec le service client mais que de leur côté ils allaient le noter.
Je précise qu’ils nous ont mit sur une table de 3 au lieu d’une table de 4 puisque nous n’étions pas au complet.
Autrement dit ils ont attribué la place de la personne manquante à une autre personne.
La prestation sur le bateau est plus que moyenne (couteaux sales, dessert imposé, serveurs qui tutoie…)
Sur le bateau prenez un verre de vin, ça coûtera moins cher qu’une bouteille d’Evian à 9€ (pour de l’eau je n’ai jamais vu ça) leur politique est d’aligner les clients sur les boissons pour se faire un maximum d’argent…
Aucun geste commercial alors que nous avons tout de même dépensé 260€…
Quand j’appelle le service client la personne ment en disant que la prestation était il y a 2 semaines alors qu’en réalité c’était il a 8 jours (pour me donner peu de chance de me faire rembourser)
