The Musée des Arts Décoratifs offers an incredible panorama of French and international artistic production. Housed in a wing of the Louvre Palace, it boasts incredible collections built up through donations and bequests. Most existing techniques are featured: cabinetmaking, woodcarving, goldsmithing, ceramics, painting, embroidery... Other, smaller sites, in Monceau and Raspail, can also be visited.

J'ai profité de l'expo Barbie pour visiter ce musée et j'ai profité du temps que j'avais pour combiner avec les autres expositions temporaires prévues ce jour, j'y ai passé un bel après-midi. Le bâtiment est agréable, les expos sont bien mises en valeur et la visite est fluide. Le prix du billet peut sembler un peu excessif mais les enfants sont gratuit et ça c'est Top !

Musée parisien très intéressant et gratuit pour les jeunes de moins de 25 ans ! Le + : jusqu'en septembre, une exposition retrace l'histoire de la fameuse poupée "Barbie"... à voir !

A museum to be missed because it traces well different time, it is necessary to plan the day for to do everything. Bonus: it free for those under 26 years of age, and the audio too!
The current temporary exhibition was Barbie: very interesting!
