Éric Duchaussoy, roaster and field man has been at the head of this bicentenary institution since 1995. Unavoidable, Cafés Verlet is located here since the early twentieth century and the coffee is roasted there in a traditional manner and the choice of trading partners is fair and ecological. Today, the store offers a stunning choice: coffees from America, Africa, Burma, Australia etc., Grand Cru from the Blue Mountain of Jamaica - the world's most expensive coffee -, homemade mixtures... The Verlet house also has a huge selection of teas, more than a hundred. The lounges on the ground floor and the first floor allow you to enjoy yourself in a very cosy atmosphere.
