Adeline Grattard has created this teas shop, accessories and bao for amateurs. These small steamed brioches can be lined with stilton and amarena cherries, shrimp and gau choi (some kind of chive), tofu-shiitake and coriander, and plenty of other tasty things. And they have a very well deserved success! You can also pick at dishes, to choose from a menu imagined by the chef: white tuna tartare, garden tomatoes, bao at choice and a tea of the day for the menu or pork ravioli. Teas are selected by her connoisseur husband, Chi Wah Chan. In addition: Tasting evenings are organized around bao.
