Elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France in pastry-sweet making in the year 1986, this passionate craftsman with a great sense of business opened his first boutique in Paris. Today he is at the head of a network of several shops in Paris and Japan. His sobriety style earned him much success. His chocolates are divine, extra dark ganache, praline and milk chocolate, available in several lines, spicy, fruity, caramel and liqueurs. The most difficult is to choose. For a chic tasting, go to the first floor of the shop, the hot chocolate is sublime and well chocolaty.
