Definitely one of the capital's best cheese shops. Right in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Rue de Rivoli, Ambre and Thibault offer you a selection of cheeses as wide as they are hearty, and with a wide range of possibilities. From the purchase of a small piece to whole trays, not forgetting the creation of boxes for your picnics, nothing is missing. Delicatessen products are also on offer, as are regular appointments with a sommelier, for example. All in all, a lively place with many possibilities.
