Family-run restaurant in Paris offering meat specialities, spicy and African dishes.

The welcome is very warm, almost a family-like one and unpretentious, like the setting. Immediately, the owner has a little chat with us and speaks highly of his cuisine, well, that of the country. A few books on Africa offer you an escape while waiting for the dishes. The beyaynetou (an assortment of meat and vegetables) is perfect, just like other meat specialties (beef tartare with green pepper, ginger and shallot, spicy grilled beef, spiced beef stew). These dishes are spiced but not too much for our European palates. To end the evening, don't hesitate to attend the ceremony of Ethiopian coffee roasted on site… the change of scenery will be totally guarranted!
