Restaurant offering perfectly interpreted recipes.

Sitting at a table equipped with a heating plate, the card is consulted on a digital tablet, while a fan gently agitates the ramps that dress the apparent frame. We feel like we are in a place that would bring together the ancestral and contemporary residences of the Quiet Morning Country. On the tablet, you can discover in pictures the most famous decinsions of Korean cuisine. They go from the bibimbap to the barbecue, to the jumped rice and the piping soup. These recipes are fully interpreted and some have a spectacular side. Stews arrive by bubbling in the cassolettes, meat and egg tarices immediately cook in burning vegetables. Several vegetarian options, with soya or kimchi, are offered in sauces both light and tasty. In dessert, among iced gourmets or green tea, the Korean cake is soft and melting, with a chestnut flavor that characterizes red bean paste.
