CÔ MȲ CANTINE
Vietnamese canteen in Paris offering meat and fish, bo bun and filled egg rolls.
Here, alongside white stone walls, common tables with long wooden benches. For cutlery, chopsticks are arranged on the napkin, next to the bowls full of fragrant foods scented with basil and citronella…. We eat differently in this Vietnamese canteen. the loc lac of marinated meat, sautéed rice with squid, pasta beef broth, bo bun topped with vermicelli and rolls are served very quickly. We enjoy them with a great appetite, because they are pleasantly delicious. With some imagination, we live a getaway in Asia during the meal time. It will be extended to French on a sweet bite, that of the dessert of the day.
