De très bons produits préparés avec brio. D'excellents plats (minestrone de coquillages / petits pàtés porc- faisan / très bon bar aux encornets/ magistral mille feuilles au chocolat), beaucoup de technique. On sent le professionnel expérimenté.
L'accueil est parfait, juste la bonne distance. Choix des vins pointu. Bravo et merci !
