Tables and chairs that are both contemporary and retro, where you can enjoy simple and effective dishes.
Rough walls, bistro tables and chairs, logo omnipresent at the same time contemporary and retro, original zinc and French variety of the 1960s in the background: no doubt, these Triplettes, staged by Valentin Bauer and Grégory Cossu, are the gastro spot of the moment in the neighbourhood. A well-calibrated place that serves simple but very effective and bistro dishes as we like (marinated herrings, head terrine, raw fish, burger with veal shoulder, pork loin skewers, cod roasted with lemon-flavoured butter, etc.), the whole for an excellent value for money, especially at lunch. In the kitchen, Sofiane Saadi Haddad that we have known at Que du Bon. Here, in the morning, you can take your breakfast, then the rest of the day you can bask in the sun on a terrace with a drink in hand; on Sunday, there is a brunch that doesn't take the lead (eggs Bénédicte or Florentines, hash browns, Caesar salad, etc.) but that is worthy.
