Restaurant in Paris preparing a menu of metro and bistro trend, traditional dishes
A name that clearly refers to the famous song of Gainsbourg for this restaurant which plays both the map of the metro and the trendy bistro: underground tiles, underground panels, underground plates, rough walls, tables and bistro chair, bar covered with wine boxes, wooden parquet flooring.
Once the décor is planted it is like in a movie, there is no shortage of actors and history. Side actors, the boss is super cool. Side history is a place of traditional dishes inspired by our regions with a touch of fantasy: hen chicken chicken thigh, olives, aillée purée coriander, mango duck magret with parsnips puree, or marinated lamb ribs with zucchini braisées in the oregano.
