In this establishment, with its evocative name - foudres are those very large barrels in which the juices of Bacchus grow - the wine list is as desirable as the list of dishes. The owner, a true Aveyronnais, has retained a taste for real food and good local produce. The cuisine at Les Foudres is generous and unquestionably sincere, with fresh, home-cooked ingredients. And when it comes to service, there's nothing to complain about either: at breakfast or lunchtime, smiles are always the order of the day.

Et puis une lente dérive propre à l'époque : accueil aléatoire (entre bienveillant & détestable), cuisine inégale, délais d'attente et additions parfois surréalistes … Mention spéciale pour le matin devenu un espace de Télétravail sans âme, et où vous subirez une musique Pop Rn'B décérébrée pour ados prépubères.
Puis plats froids en raison d un personnel peu nombreux.
