Opened in the early 2014, Viens Poupoule! specialises in free-range chicken cooked in a roaster. Among the starters, a remoulade celery, a poached egg or vinaigrette salad. You can also enjoy a poupoule salad, a salad cochonne and a crazy salad, all generous enough to provide a full meal. Sabine cooks all these "homemade" dishes and prepares bistro dishes of good performance. The products are carefully selected from small producers. The beers are homemade, the cheeses are chosen by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and refined by an expert cheesemaker. In room, Lesly, a young sommelier, ensures the service and will guide you in a natural wine list.
