Brasserie in Paris serving meats, charcuterie, farmhouse cheeses and a daily menu with brioche.
One of the must-visit restaurants in this part of the 20th century, La Factorie has a lot going for it. As a restaurant, it offers cuisine entirely prepared on site and using seasonal produce - the autumn menu, tested by the team, was excellent. At lunchtime, a dedicated menu offers excellent value for money. More than a hundred years old - it was called "Le Bock" at the beginning of the last century - La Factorie is also a lively bar, especially forhappy hour from 5pm, when many people come in for a drink.
