Brasserie offering a menu of charcuterie boards, meats, a traditional dish of the day and homemade fries.
As its name suggests, the brasserie is at the exit of the metro. Ambiance of the old bistro of yesteryear, zinc bar, beautiful wine cellar in the middle of the room, wooden interior, old brown leather armchairs, brass ball light fixtures. A la carte, boards of charcuterie from Mas du Cantal, aligot from Jeune Montagne de Laguiole, and foie gras from Manoir Alexandre on the Espalion side. The dish of the day is generally traditional, blanquette de veau, beef cheek, pot-au-feu, pavé de Salers. In the summer, it will be salmon tartare and gourmet salads. And if the french fries are homemade, don't forget, served by the glass, some of the owners' wines.

Personnel sympa
le râble de lapin à la moutarde et sa purée de carottes était délicieux: purée avec du cumin, lapin moëlleux...
tarte tatin généreuse et bien carmélisée
