Simple but serious address which showcases the best of Aveyron by offering its specialties on the menu.
Here's an address that exudes Aveyron. Run by the same family since 1954 - quite a tenure - this Mistral never disappoints. The menu is traditional: Aubrac snails, farmhouse hot goat's cheese salad, Auvergne sausage and aligot, charcuterie board, duck confit made in Aveyron... A simple but serious address, which you can trust with your eyes closed. Beware of the crowds, however, as the place is - quite rightly - very popular: the famous Aveyron hospitality is embodied here to perfection.
