Accidentally booked a room on the wrong day due to the website and didn't realise until arrival. Even though the room I paid for was more than the one I should've booked I was charged same day prices for the new room and they wouldn't let me select a different price range room (downgrade to a single from a double) to save me some money. The room are nice but it's not worth it for that sort of service. Another in the series of punishing customers who are polite and nice to employees, I imagine if I had kicked off and been rude they would have not charged me in this way.

La fête d’anniversaire de mon neveu dans cette salle du 20eme arrondissement a été un franc succès, les installations étaient impeccable, l’équipe dévouée, les enfants sont repartis avec plein de bon souvenir , hautement recommandé

La location de la salle de réunion dans le 20ème arrondissement, à proximité du métro a grandement facilité notre journée de travail. Un environnement professionnel et confortable qui a contribué à la réussite de notre réunion. A refaire!

L’anniversaire de mon enfant a été une véritable réussite grâce a la salle de jeux pas très loin de Cours de Vincennes. Les enfants étaient enchantés, et les parents ravis. Un petit plus qui sauve la vie, il y a possibilité de se garer en face de l’hôtel si on est véhiculé! Un lieu magique pour célébrer les moments spéciaux!

Hotel vraiment top, super bien placé, très propre, la literie hyper confortable et le personnel aux petits soins.
Seul bémol le prix un peu élevé du petit déjeuner.
