The engraving is unfortunately well known to the general public, but it is a form of art that is most easily encountered, since it is all works made on paper. The workshop at Lilas allows you to approach the different techniques of the engraving and to find the one that corresponds to us best without having to invest in a printing press that for the most discreet allows to exert pressure of almost 6 tons! You can discover the technique of water-strong, the dry tip or the lithogrpahie, techniques that were appreciated especially by the Impressionist and who had its hours of glory around 1900 when Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec made himself put into the realisation of posters. After you have made your ground on a copper plate, you are doing the inking of your plate and the printed printing of your work. A workshop to which you can quickly taste!
