KINOMICHI HINODE
This family club was founded in 1984 under the supervision of Martine Pillet, who, with his thirty years of experience, also provides the full courses. They bring together some twenty members and propose a method derived from aikido, kinomichi. Less brutal and much more focused on the work of the body and postures, this current born in the reflections of Master Noro in 1978, differs from aikido, particularly by the absence of combat and by the much more important place of philosophy. For some, it would be more akin to a method of relaxation than to a martial art itself. Nevertheless, there are all the movements of aikido and work with weapons (stick, sword and knife). The club is affiliated with the FFAAA. The courses last one hour and remain quite physical, and then combine the body and mind with the same brush. Finally note that the first course is offered.
