Notre copropriété souffre du défaut majeur de suivi de ce syndic, qui n'est pas présent aux assemblées générales, qui ne réponds pas aux demandes du conseil syndical, qui n'est pas capable de traiter un dossier correctement (référence de contrat absentes, confusion entre les copropriétaires dans la gestion comptable, appels de fonds exceptionnels effectués sur une mauvaise clé de répartition) sans compter les assistants qui ne restent que quelques semaines et imitent la signature du gestionnaire...
La facturation des honoraires est non conforme au contrat (frais administratifs qui s'ajoutent automatiquement...).
Enfin, les outils digitaux sont inexistants (l'extranet est vide).
