MARCHÉ BELGRAND
A varied market, located between rue de la Chine and Place Edith-Piaf, that is not very expensive but a little narrow, which gives a feeling of permanent growth. Some sixty sellers stretch in this quiet street lined with trees. We can see large stalls of fish, cheeses or pork butchers, vegetables and fruits. There are foreign specialties (mostly Spanish) and French (Savoie and Normandy). A nice and rather unknown place, and is worth visiting. It is held two days a week, less popular on Tuesday, especially out of school holidays. We like this small market that has been held here for decades.
