Laurence Dali dreamed of being pastry since his earliest childhood. A little round at Ferrandi School and it's gone. She opens her lab where she manufactures all his chocolate 100% cocoa butter. Its artist side inspires original creations according to the calendars. It invents entertaining pests with lions, cars, etc. It creates delicious blend of texture and flavors: The tablets are fruity, flowered, salted and spicy. The specialties are made of organic fruits wrapped with black chocolate. Not to mention the organic ice cream, made by an Ardeschois glacier. A real treat, open even on Sunday!
