It's not always easy to find a cheese-maker offering both choice, hospitality, fair price and of course excellent product, but we've done it. In this cheese cellar, located a few steps from Place Gambetta, there's just so much choice to make! An old refined Comté, a Poitou goat cheese, Époisses with Marc, Tome des Bauges, Mont d'Or: all of France's cheese are found there, with many originality like the sheep from the Pyrenees in summer, Roquefort from the old traditional shepherd, Brillat-Savarin with truffles, Camembert with morels or ceps... You will also find a fresh section with whole milk yogurts with a good taste of yesteryear and a touch of fantasy, honeys from small producers and olive oils… There are also some preserves, which are also delicious.
