Pâtes fraîches à paris à base de farine de blé dur biologique italienne
on utilise des produits bruts qu’on source chez les meilleurs producteurs italiens (Guanciale, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano, Mascarpone, etc.)
On prépare des sauces classiques de la cuisine italienne (cacio e pepe, amatriciana, carbonara etc.) avec les produits qui correspondent à chaque pasta
on fait aussi des antipasti et des Tiramisu avec la même philosophie
le midi tu peux déjeuner sur place ou à emporter
le soir c’est aperitivo puis dîner plus ou moins festif
