Former boss of "L'Osteria di u cunventu" in Morosaglia then "Le Bistrot de la Place" in Ile Rousse, Bertrand Leperq settled in the capital to take over this wine-restaurant bar in which it offers South-west cuisine and méditérrannéens dishes, all developed with local products.
