House in Paris offering a pan bagnat with fresh and seasonal ingredients and other Provencal specialties.
Don't rely on the name of the address: Maison de Yoni Saada has nothing to do with a bagnio, quite the contrary. The Top Chef semi-finalist in 2013 decided to import the Mediterranean in the heart of Paris. And with his pan bagnat, realized with a bread specially crafted for him and fresh ingredients and seasonal ingredients, the result is perfect. It was high time for the famous Nice sandwich to have an address of his own in the capital. To complete the picture, other Provençal specialities include a Pissaladière, a Ratatouille and a Nice salad that will make you travel till the south of France. To enjoy a little more of the time spent in the middle of the luxurious Al Capone's room, the desserts also exudes the Mediterranean warmth. So don't forget your sun-protection cream to take a tour in the most Mediterranean corner of Paris!
