Nice bistro in Paris serving cold cuts, poultry, meats and Lyon cuisine

This pretty bistro plays the card of the tradition of the Lyonnais bouchons under the eye of its owner, the three-starred chef Alain Ducasse. There are hundreds of lovers of Lyonnais cuisine in Paris who like to indulge in charcuterie, poultry terrine with mushrooms, green bean and smoked féra salad, not to mention Mother Richard's Saint-Marcellin or the floating island with pink pralines. The wine list includes some very nice bottles at affordable prices and others that will make your credit card tremble..

Excellente halte autant dans le temps que dans le quartier! J'y suis toujours infiniment bien accueilli et bien servi. Clientèle de jouisseurs et autres amateurs du bon travail en cuisine plutôt que de touristes. Les plats sont fins et gourmands. Mention spéciale à Bathilde pour les vins. Une vraie passionnée qui enchante l'adresse et la rend inoubliable. Merci infiniment et à très vite!

If it is cold and they give you the table next to the entrance it will be a nightmare. No heating and every time they pass - you will FEEL it! Just to narrow everything to squeez in tables.
Food was average, The quenelles? well go to gare de Lyon!

Excellents plats, mais très peu copieux. Nous sommes sortis en ayant faim, malgré une entrée, un plat, un dessert et des amuses-bouches. Je n’ai jamais vu une quenelle aussi petite (et je suis Lyonnais).
