Nice bistro in Paris serving cold cuts, poultry, meats and Lyon cuisine

This pretty bistro plays the card of the tradition of the Lyonnais bouchons under the eye of its owner, the three-starred chef Alain Ducasse. There are hundreds of lovers of Lyonnais cuisine in Paris who like to indulge in charcuterie, poultry terrine with mushrooms, green bean and smoked féra salad, not to mention Mother Richard's Saint-Marcellin or the floating island with pink pralines. The wine list includes some very nice bottles at affordable prices and others that will make your credit card tremble..

La cuisine que l'on attend de cette institution... Et un service à la hauteur de l'assiette. Si vous aimez la cuisine gourmandet et les crus du Beaujolais je recommande chaudement...

A trip to the country of lyon gastronomy: veal liver way quenelle, apron of sapper, Saint-Marcellin cheese Mother Richard, all recalls this cuisine that case so the heart in festival.
A very warm place, with an impeccable service.
The icing on the cake: a breathtaking surroundings.
A very pretty decor brasserie old; a very professional and - it is that has more dishes that it is hardly any more found elsewhere, in any case on this level of quality: the egg with stinks, with parsley veal liver or veal kidneys: classic!

It is better to stay in the menus because à la carte prices rise incredibly quickly.
