An establishment offering seasonal and homemade cuisine, a bar with excellent value for money wines.
This establishment, whose body dates back to 1922, has not aged. Over the years, chefs have succeeded one another, the menus have changed and the decoration has multiplied the atmospheres, but the reputation of the place has remained the same. In spring 2017, a new team took the lead, and was given the task of revisiting the bistro spirit. The setting has been enhanced and modernized by the Martin Brudnizki design studio: patinated wood facade, mosaic floor, hunted coffee furniture, the place is full of warmth. The menu, when it comes to it, revisits French bistro classics by introducing a modern and well-maintained twist. At Le Gramont, the cuisine is seasonal and there is a desire for all "homemade": the pâtés are made on site, the potatoes hand peeled and meat minced directly in the kitchen. Affordable treat and substantial dishes. For a snack in the sun or a gourmet dessert, the address uses artisans such as the Pozzetto ice creams. The bar is not, however, set aside, the team has selected wines from small producers with excellent quality-price ratios.
