Parisian restaurant serving a Peruvian specialty of marinated raw fish, a seasonal and market menu.
La Cevicheria was one of the first Parisian restaurants dedicated to the Peruvian specialty of marinated raw fish: the ceviche. The neighbourhood, the decoration, the imposing and quiet dog that rest in the entrance, and obviously the dishes, make the place very, very popular. Chloé and Fiona, the two owners, bet on the unique product from Latin America. A unique product but multiple seasonings, combinations and fish in the program. The menu varies depending on the season and the market. It is fresh, light and balanced. We highly recommend the royal sea bream, raspberries, stracciatella, rockets, basil, crouton with rosemary and wild bass, red peppers, grenade, coriander, combawa, coconut cream, red onions. Everything is prepared on order, including the cutting of the fish, to ensure you, sit down at the counter that will give you a stunning view of the cooks. Good experience.

Cheviche basique, quantités minimalistes. Service sans sourire, vaisselle ébrechée.
