A small Chinese canteen as we like! With its industrial decor, the Zen soundtrack and the totally female service that sounds original make you almost feel like in China! The welcome is charming and accompanies you in reading the menu from A to Z. Obviously, the house speciality is the fondue. So, you have a small oven topped with a stock (beef, shrimp, lamb or very spicy - reserved for amateurs) as well as a sauce of your choice (sweet or savoury soya, sesame, plum, spicy). According to your taste, the service will bring you lamb, beef, seafood, a bowl of vegetable, all of them are raw and it's your turn to complete the work. You soak meat and vegetables in the hot stock to cook them, you pass it in the sauce, and hop, you taste. It is delicious, light, healthy, and super fun, we are fond of! At lunchtime, you can also choose various ramen (thick noodles soup accompanied by vegetables, meat, fish), as well as oden brochettes with rice and salad, or the onigiris, our favourite. It is a rice seasoned with various Asian spices and stuffed with beef, tuna or cured pork, shaped in a large triangle and to be eaten in generous portion with your hand. With such compositions, we are fond of being at Fondue Factory!
