This small Indian canteen quickly carved out a beautiful reputation. Krishane and his father Djag are holding a sort of Indian fast-food to the European who always. The nan, here is sacred, it is prepared with organic flour, fresh and prepared daily, fluffy and crispy at once, cooked in a traditional oven. It comes with garlic, cheese, vegetables, goat, full flour and even sweet version with Nutella, frangipane, or sugar and coconut. At lunch, it turns into a bollynan, a generous nan with the choice of salmon, chicken, spinach, etc., kind of sandwich to Indian. There are also traditional dishes such as massala chicken, paneer spinach (Indian cheese) or Tika chicken skewers. To accompany a lassis based on bio yaourts (to mango, coconut, pink…).
