YUJIN
Modern, uncluttered setting for fusion cuisine that revisits traditional Japanese dishes
Yujin, which means "friends" in Japanese, is aptly named, as it was founded by four long-time friends: Pierre Sene, executive chef; Bryan Birget, street food expert; Alexandre Basse, logistics manager; and Guillaume Guedj, restaurateur. In a modern, uncluttered wood-panelled decor, the fusion cuisine revisits traditional Japanese dishes such as curry (tempura or sautéed vegetables, fried chicken, beef...) and Donburi. In the evening, you'll enjoy a hushed ambience and cocktails with musical names.
