Establishment in Paris preparing great classics of Japanese cuisine, sukiyaki and shabu shabus.
Thomas Chen's establishment is assiduously attended by a mixed clientele who is looking for quality and freshness! To get a good overview of the chef's talents, the Special menu is ideal with the great classics of the Japanese cuisine : miso soup, tsukemono - fish vegetables, assortiments of sashimi, tempura, grilled salmon and white rice, watermelon and ice followed by a cup of green tea. Sukiyaki and shabu shabu are served for two people. The decoration is sober on the ground floor or on the floor: white walls punctuated by a few paintings and tables in painted wood.

La bouffe était chère et pas délicieuse (surtout le riz sans aucun assaisonnement). 18€ pour une petite assiette avec 10 bouts de viandes fins c'est pas foufou... et 7€50 la bière ça va, on est bien là ????
