Thomas Chen's establishment is assiduously attended by a mixed clientele who is looking for quality and freshness! To get a good overview of the chef's talents, the Special menu is ideal with the great classics of the Japanese cuisine : miso soup, tsukemono - fish vegetables, assortiments of sashimi, tempura, grilled salmon and white rice, watermelon and ice followed by a cup of green tea. Sukiyaki and shabu shabu are served for two people. The decoration is sober on the ground floor or on the floor: white walls punctuated by a few paintings and tables in painted wood.

Décoration de bon goût, service rapide !
Mon Katsudon était très bon et assez alléchant pour que le voisin me demande ce que j'ai commandé.
Prix plus élevés qu'un japonais classique mais ça vaut le coup !
Les nigiri et autres maki sont tout à fait correct et bon . Pour avoir testé les restaurants japonais milieu de gamme comme celui ci du quartier, je dirais que celui-ci les surpassent en termes de qualité ! Merci pour ce moment .
Service : rapide, mais aucun sourire. Des automates en quelque sorte.
