Thomas Chen's establishment is assiduously attended by a mixed clientele who is looking for quality and freshness! To get a good overview of the chef's talents, the Special menu is ideal with the great classics of the Japanese cuisine : miso soup, tsukemono - fish vegetables, assortiments of sashimi, tempura, grilled salmon and white rice, watermelon and ice followed by a cup of green tea. Sukiyaki and shabu shabu are served for two people. The decoration is sober on the ground floor or on the floor: white walls punctuated by a few paintings and tables in painted wood.

Service discret, aimable, et efficace.
Repas:80€ à 4 (deux menus à 22€ & deux à 18€).
- algues / carottes (?) qui m'a rappelé les saveurs de mon séjour au Japon
- bonne soupe miso
- Katsudon ou plat riz/boeuf/oeuf cru ou brochettes/riz
savoureux et assez généreux

Je recommande, même si vous trouverez sûrement moins cher dans les restaurants alentours (ambiance "coup de feu" avec les gens les uns sur les autres, et la queue dehors... J'aime bien aussi, mais pas en famille alors ????)
